Terms & Conditions

For work health safety reasons, all bins must be level loaded. Overloaded bins will not be removed from site until safe to do so. Additional charges may apply. We do not accept hazardous substances or materials including: tyres, paint, chemicals, asbestos, liquids, gas bottles or food stuff.

Maximum Hire period: 4 to 5 days unless prior arrangements are in place at time of booking.

Council Permit fees & charges, where applicable to be paid by the hirer. Any subsequent fines or related costs to be borne by the hirer.

The Hirer shall indemnify the Supplier from any loss or damage to the Supplier’s Bin(s) in the Hirer’s care.

Indirect Losses: Not with standing any other provisions of these Terms & Conditions, the Supplier is in no circumstances (whatever the cause) liable in contract, negligence or breach of statutory duty or otherwise to compensate the Hirer for any increased costs or expenses; any loss of profit, revenue, business, contracts or anticipated savings or any loss or damage stemming from a claim by a third party, or any special, indirect or consequential loss or damage of any nature whatsoever caused by the Supplier’s failure to complete or delay in competing the order to deliver the Bin(s).

Exclusion of consequential liability: The Supplier shall not be responsible or liable for damage, personal injury or loss of the Bin(s) at the Hirer’s site, unless such loss or damage was caused by the negligence of the Supplier, its Agents, Sub-suppliers or Employees.
